Knitted division

Elegance, lightness, solidity

Since 2012, thanks to the acquisition of a consolidated reality active in the production of circular knitted fabrics, we have integrated our product portfolio, enriching it with fabrics used in the lingerie, underwear, sleepwear, childcare, industrial and sportswear sectors. We then implemented our production with new antibacterial fabrics for all needs in the medical and health field.

A fleet of machines that embraces different finenesses, continuous investments in new generation machinery and a continuous search for performing fibers allow the company to guarantee flexibility and efficiency.

The yarns Tiba uses are purchased from established suppliers and the fibers used range from synthetic ones (polyester, nylon) to viscose, cottons and wools.

Warp-knitted fabrics division

Quality, reliability, design, robustness

Tiba Tricot has been active since 1963 with a production that covers a wide range of warp-knitted fabrics intended for various industrial sectors: technical-sports clothing, footwear industry, mattresses, automotive, contract, fabrics for coupling. We have integrated into the production new innovative fabrics made with bacteriostatic technologies for the medical and health sector.

From classic warp-knitted fabrics (charmeuse, velvets, shirts, rigid and stretch tulle, knits, perforated and nets) to a vast collection of 3D fabrics designed specifically for various applications and with technical characteristics aimed at the final use, Tiba Tricot collaborates with an important network of customers and subcontractors that allow us to ennoble fabrics by satisfying the most stringent requests both in terms of appearance and workmanship and of technical parameters to be guaranteed.

Our machine park uses warp-knitted looms with 2 and 3 shafts as well as looms with 4 to 7 shafts suitable for the production of three-dimensional fabrics.
